Safety & Boundaries
We want to be clear and honest about what EFOracle is, what it isn't, and how it fits alongside professional support. Knowing the boundaries helps you use it well.
The Short Version
EFOracle is educational and wellness-oriented. It is not a medical, diagnostic, therapy, coaching, medication, or crisis-support tool. It does not diagnose ADHD or any medical or mental health condition, and it should not replace professional care.
What EFOracle Is
- An educational, wellness-oriented executive function tool
- A research-informed way to notice your own patterns
- A low-friction place to capture thoughts with Voice Dump
- Support for building practical self-management skills
- A supplement or alternative support path when coaching isn’t accessible
- Something you can use alongside a therapist, coach, or doctor
What EFOracle Isn't
- A medical or diagnostic tool
- A way to diagnose ADHD or any other condition
- Therapy, coaching, or medication
- A replacement for professional care
- A crisis or emergency service
- A source of clinical or treatment advice
Works Alongside Your Care
If you work with a therapist, coach, or doctor, EFOracle can sit alongside that support. With your consent, you can share insights to make conversations with your care team more concrete.
If professional support isn't accessible to you right now, EFOracle can be a practical starting point for building self-management skills — not a substitute for care when you need it.
If You're in Crisis
EFOracle is not a crisis service. If you're in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to local emergency services or a crisis line right away. In the US, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7. Outside the US, please contact your local emergency number or a regional crisis line.
